职责描述：

1. Assist BU purchasing manager to do sourcing work, especially to search potential vendor in China region.

协助BU采购经理做采购工作，特别是寻找在中国地区的潜在供应商。

2. Negotiate with vendor for commercial terms; support to make commercial contract and quality assurance agreement.

负责与供应商就商业条款进行谈判，订立商业合同和质量保证协议。

3. work with plant team to launch the new/localization project

负责和工厂团队一起，完成新项目引进或项目的本地化。

4. work with plant team to solve supplier quality/ Delivery issue; work with plant team to evaluate vendor performance monthly and annually.

负责和工厂团队一起解决供应商的产品质量、交付等问题，并按月度和年度考核供应商的绩效。

5. Key vendor timely visit and audit

负责关键供应商的按时审核和考查。

6. consolidate monthly savings report and KPI target indicators.

负责整理每月节省报告，和KPI指标达成情况报告。

7. Follow global purchasing process to manage suppliers and the entire plant purchasing activity;

负责按照全球的采购流程去管理供应商和整个工厂的采购工作。

技能要求：
