Job Purpose:

Plan and participate in a variety of recruitment activities so that the organization's recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable, job vacancies are quickly filled, new employees are smoothly integrated into the organization and the candidates selected best match the needs of the position and the business.

Main Responsibilities:

1. To assist in implementing the company's human resources admission program, by planning, coordinating and performing recruitment and selection strategy.
2. Be responsible for the induction process as well as for hiring selected candidates.
3. Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization's recruitment standards and business needs so that potential job applicants have the information they need to decide whether, and how to, apply for a vacant position.
4. Respond to enquiries from candidates and external recruitment agencies about the organization's recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies so that interested parties are kept informed without compromising the organization's standards of privacy and confidentiality.
5. Contact candidates, arrange interview times and develop appropriate interview questions in collaboration with the HR manager so that interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably.
6. Interview, test, rank, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job's preestablished selection criteria and the organization's recruitment policies.
7. Prepare job offer materials in accordance with the agreed job specifications so that successful candidates have all the information they need to decide whether to accept the position. Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues so that potential candidates have an opportunity to learn about the organization and its recruitment activities.
8. Conduct employee orientation/induction and introductory training so that new employees are quickly integrated into the organization.
9. Other HR or Admin issues required by the company.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor degree or above

Experience: 3 years or above HR recruitment experience in European foreign manufacturing enterprises

Language: Good English speaking and writing communication skills

Computer: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT), SAP user is a plus
