KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Receive and pay cash, cheque & bank drafts
2.Record cash transactions in accounting system
3.Arrange payments by E-bank or at the bank desk
4.Review payment requests and expense reports
5.Arrange foreign exchange declarations and foreign exchange payments
6.Support to prepare documents for loan renewals and annual inspections
7.Open & close bank accounts, change signature rights of bank accounts
8.Compile weekly and monthly payment and loan report
9.Collect and file bank-related documents and service contracts
10.Other tasks as assigned by the Finance Director

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor degree in finance, major in accounting/finance or related
2. Good command of English, has to be able to use English as working language, CET-4 is necessary
3. Quick learner, Good team spirit, Good command of Excel
4. Working experience as cashier is preferred
5. SAP knowledge is preferred
