What would you be doing?
This is a great time to join us as we expand our operations in China. You would be supporting the procurement function for our mechanical service sites and will be undertaking:
? Sourcing quality vendors, managing the relationships, price negotiations, cost analysis and vendor reviews.
? Monitoring inventory levels ensuring timely product supply.
? Preparation of purchase requisitions and processing purchase orders
? Supporting operations with engineering queries relating to procurement.
? Providing regular and effective communications with operations and other stakeholders.
? Complete annual stock takes
? Supporting the wider procurement function as needed

What does it take to be a Procurement Specialist with PML?
? It is essential you have experience in a procurement role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
? Have a basic engineering understanding and can ‘hold your own’ with engineers and trades people.
? You have sourced and managed effective vendor relationships including supplier contractual arrangements.
? You have a flexible style, can work without direction
? Can work well with a variety of people.
? The ability to travel nationally and internationally from time to time.
? You speak and write fluent English.
