Primary Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain suppliers in aspect of panel, performance assessment, contract management, negotiation activities

· Responsible for supplier improvement initiatives from continuous cost reduction point of view

· Responsible for executing sourcing process from RFQ, quote analysis, negotiation, supplier selection and approval, sample order, parts approval and serial production

· Fully execute the internal quotation process to support new business

· Have full understanding of the supply market including competitive information

· Lead a step-by-step project management process from start to successful supplier qualification

· Secure complete documentation at various stages for purchasing management

· Report base on KPI requirement to purchasing manager in regular period

· Assumes responsibility for related initiatives as needs arise.

· Continuously strives for improvement in performance of all responsibilities

Education and/or Experience:

· Engineering or Business background.

· 3-5 years related experience in sourcing or supply chain related areas (preferably automotive sector).

· Training in project management

· Experienced in ERP
