1、大专及以上学历，国际贸易，英语等相关专业，三年以上外贸行业工作经验，一年以上出口团队管理经验；
2、有成功、独立的市场开拓和客户拓展经验；
3、英语口语表达能力强，具有一定的写作能力，能熟练完成与国外客户的沟通；
4、头脑灵活，应变能力强，承受较强工作压力，责任心强；
5、具有团队精神，良好的协调和沟通能力，能够充分调动团队成员的工作积极性；
