Job Description: Warehouse Supervisor
Responsible for the Supervision of warehouse keepers, set up and follow strict warehouse managing policy, monitor materials flow in factory and implement cycle counting plan; responsible for all kinds of materials receiving/picking/Stocking reports
Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience of 2 or more years in warehouse management
- College or above degree, can speak and write English
- Experience in 1 or more years in supervision position
- Good excel skill
Responsibilities
Responsible for warehouse layout designing and optimizing to have a clear visualization to materials
Responsible to design materials flow chart in factory and set up FIFO system
Control the process of issuing kitting materials to shop floor
Follow Production Planner’s requirement to prepare the Clean to build report
Random cycle counting organization in warehouse to have high materials stock accuracy
Responsible to the management of quarantine/obsolete/slow moving materials in warehouse, prepare the list and review with buyers/planner periodically
Responsible to set up dedicated storage management to special materials, like chemical materials, batteries, displays and PCBA
Responsible to prepare the accurate materials usage report per each job, so that management team can understand the materials wastage rate
Responsible for 5S and safety management in warehouse
Build up professional warehouse team, giving enough training to warehouse keepers about policy, flow procedure, BOM…
Monitor outbound FG, to avoid wrong shipment
Act as a key member to involve in factory’s formal cycle counting
Report to Production Manager
