Key Responsibility of position

1)Take over contract /quotation transferred from sales for filing and management
2)To process all orders received in Axapta system.
3To contact suppliers for PO confirmation,clarify delivery schedule,making shipping preparation per contact articles.
4)For local suppliers,coordinate purchasing activities4.
5To clarify queries and handle urgent requests/claim from customers;to advise customer of shippment and prepare required documentation
6)Make monthly OI report and maintain sales data

Prerequisite
1) Majored in English/International trading/ or related major
English (writing, reading and speaking) required.
2) At least more than 3-years office work experiences required, especially Excel.
3) Sufficient PC skills required.
4) Bachelor degree or above
5) Responsible & careful
