Duties and Responsibilities

？ Set up & implement annual training plan under HR Manager’s guidance;

？ Organize and coordinate the training program according to annual training plan;

？ To be the trainer for some training courses of method and social competencies;

？ Coordinate the training company and trainer;

？ To do training needs collection and analysis;

？ To draw up company master training plan and departmental training plan and ensure the implementation once related approvals obtained;

？ To set up, review and interpret training related policies/regulations and other documents, update them in time and optimize whereas appropriate;

？ To source training resources and set up internal training database;

？ To provide consulting and guidance to internal trainer to improve training quality and effectiveness;

？ To evaluate training result and evaluate the trainer quality including internal and external trainers

？ Other assignments arranged by HR Manager;

Knowledge and skills:

？ Bachelor degree or above, majored in HR. Management or related field; At least 2 years of the experience in HR/training

？ Honest, integrity and dedication to work is a must, outgoing, healthy and has the ability to lead group to conduct daily training activities;

？ Good presentation, communication and planning skill and accountability

？ Good command of English both in verbal and writing

？ Special skill and knowledge requirements:

？ Familiar with training market and keep timely liaison and good relationship with training agencies

？ Familiar with internal and external training process/system and experienced on annual training planning;
