Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the quality of incoming materials, send NCR to supplier timely on quality problem and push supplier to take effective actions.
2. Be responsible for tracking verification of improvement action taken by supplier and the effect of implementation, make on-site audit if necessary.
3. Be responsible for developing test specifications and control plans for incoming material, and timely training and guidance to IQC;
4. Make monthly supplier quality report.
5. Prepare yearly supplier audit plan and continuous improvement plan, and put it into implementation effectively.
6. Participate in audit on new supplier and provide supplier quality audit report.,
7. Other tasks assigned by Quality Manager.

Requirement

1. Bachelor degree with major in machinery, electricity or related,.
2.Good at both oral and written English.
3.At least 5 years of SQE working experience in a foreign manufacture company
4. With very good communication skills.
5. Able to travel on business frequently.
6. Familiar with ISO9001 quality system and quality management tools.
7. Good ability and skills to making audit.
8. Familiar with components of iron casting, die-casting, cables, packing etc.
9. Work initiatively and independently under pressure.
10. Living in Huangdao is preferred.
