Restaurant Manager
- Be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, including service, HR, customer satisfaction and the profitability.
- Improving procedures and regulations, controlling cost and expenses;
- planning and executing promotion plans, maintain good public relations to increase the sales of the restaurant;
- improving the service quality, reacting quickly and properly to customers' feedback and onsite happenings.
- staff recruiting, training and developing, maintaining the core team of the restaurant;
- coordinating with external entities and government orgazizations
西餐厅经理
- 负责整个餐厅的正常运营，包括服务质量、人员管理、顾客满意度、餐厅利润率等；
- 完善工作流程和规章制度，控制成本和费用；
- 策划并实施营销计划和促销活动，协调公共关系，提高营业额；
- 提高服务质量，采取恰当和及时的措施处理客户投诉和突发事件，确保客户满意度；
- 员工招聘、培训和发展，培养和维护核心团队；
- 协调与相关政府部门和外部机构的关系，做好餐厅的年检工作。
要求：
- 为人正直诚信、开朗客观、积极向上，具有亲和力和正能量；
- 具有优质的服务意识和人际沟通能力，对服务业有持续的热情，愿意接受挑战；
- 具有良好的团队合作精神，组织计划能力和解决问题的能力；
- 有高度的责任感和抗压能力，能够以身作则，树立团队的凝聚力；
- 英文熟练，书面和口头都能和外国客人沟通；
- 具有两年以上西餐厅或者咖啡厅的门店管理经验；
