Responsibilities:

1.Monitoring and maintenaince on office daily operation;

2.Purchasing and management on office supplies, equipments & etc;

3.Management & updating on company & branches' assets;

4.Assistant & coordination on company events and all kinds of functional meetings if

any;

5. Assistant on expats' relocation, including the shipment arrangement on personal

belongings, properties searching, all negotiation & contracts preparation and

updating.

6.Taking charge of all related administrative duties and assignments from line manager.



Requirements:

1. Diploma certificate or above, majors in business administration and enterprises administration will be an advantage;

2. 5 years experience in related areas will be preferred;

3. Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing;

4. Strong responsibility and devoted spirits, good coordination and communication skills;

5. Familiar with MS office;

6. Excellent skills in problem analyzing and solving.
