Job Responsibilities:
1.Develop, manage and grow profitable sales for all accounts in the marine and offshore market for in China.
2.Develop and grow market for FCG products in the accounts that serve the marine and offshore industry.
3. Develop and manage strategy to achieve business plan objectives.
4.Obtain information for the market to develop action plans.
5.Execute all programs that promote, sell, and secure/extend new/existing business in both technical and commercial matters.
6.Establish, implement, and execute strategies for market development in the major accounts to achieve maximum potential of product acceptance and market growth.
7.Coordinate the service support offered customers.
8.Establish sales forecasts
9.Establish strong relationships and technical specifications in the accounts for Parker to win in sales.
10.Perform any/all assignments as required by the Sales Company including but not limited to temporary assignments, special projects etc.
11.Support all sales and marketing efforts from other product groups and divisions within Parker to develop and grow sales.

Qualification Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent degree required.
2.4-5 years working experiences, and 3+ years sales experience working directly in a Marketing/Sales capacity.
3.Experience in either marine (shipbuilding or related equipment) or offshore platform market or have worked in companies related to the market but not necessary.
4.Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
5.Ability to interact with customer executives and high level managers.
6.Ability to work with multi-function support team and division to achieve solutions.
7.Diligent, highly organized and self motivated.
8.Good written and speaking skill in English.
