Position Purpose:
To provide first line application and technical support for Application Systems (such as IFS ERP etc.) and participate in various project implementation and support

Principal Accountabilities:
For Application Support (50%):
·Provide first line support on Application Systems (such as IFS ERP etc.) day-to-day operations
提供各应用系统（例如IFS ERP系统）日常操作的第一线支持
·Application Systems (such as IFS ERP etc.) setup, configuration and process mapping
各应用系统（例如IFS ERP系统）的设置、配置及流程匹配
·Creation and maintenance of Application Systems (such as IFS ERP etc.) documentation
建立和维护各应用系统（例如IFS ERP系统）的文档
·Provide training to users
提供用户培训
·Participate in Project Implementation and Support
参与项目实施与支持
For Application Development (50%):
·Program coding for Application Systems (such as IFS ERP etc.) modifications, reports and queries and new development etc.
各应用系统（例如IFS ERP系统）的修改、报表及查询新开发等的程序设计
·Responsible for Unit Test on coding
负责代码的单元测试
·On time delivery according to set schedule on program coding
按照要求的时间表完成程序开发工作
·Documentation on programming specification
程序文档的建立与维护
·Provide technical support to business users daily operations and technical problem solving
为业务用户的日常运作提供技术支持和解决技术相关问题
Qualifications:
·College or above graduate with Computer Science or related educational background
本科以上学历，计算机科学或相关教育背景
·2 years or above applications (including ERP etc.) support and development experience in MNC and manufacturing environment (IFS ERP experience is preferred)
2年或以上在跨国制造型企业的IT应用系统（包括ERP系统等）的支持与开发工作经验（IFS ERP系统经验优先考虑）
·Oracle development experience (PL/SQL)
Oracle开发经验（PL/SQL）
·MS SQL Server development experience
MS SQL Server开发经验
·Net development experience
.Net开发经验
·Be familiar with Crystal Report
熟悉水晶报表
·Adequate ERP Knowledge (IFS/SAP/Oracle etc.), IFS is a definite advantage
充分的ERP相关知识（IFS/SAP/Oracle等），IFS优先考虑
·Adequate Business operations knowledge
充分的业务运作相关知识
·Experience in MNC and manufacturing environment
