The Job:
To adhere to the preset revenue targets and to apply the productivity standards in developing and penetrating Korean accounts accordingly.
To set the Sales and Marketing Plan, market focus and share objectives of developing Korean Accounts.
To fix the business development strategy and interact with the products for implementation.
To actively involvement of Sales and CAM program with quantified sales calls and sales leads.
To perform retention and penetration of designated accounts, as well as proactively identify the respective customer's potential & seasonal opportunities in order to solicit new business covering all lane segments of these accounts.
To enlarge geographic coverage to entire SHA territory with support and coordinate to Korean Accounts locate in SHA.

The Qualifications:
University graduate, holder of Marketing is preferable.
4-5 years' sales experience, experience in shipping/logistics field an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, very customer minded and detail oriented.
Native Korea speaker.
Fluent in English both written & spoken.
