Position Summary:
To manage sales demand review with customer and sales to define proper inventory and purchase plan to achieve operational target of both inventory and service level。

Job Responsibility:
* Set up demand forecast data model for specific customer product
* Closely work with sales team to capture customer real demand to predict supply risk
* Key runner of monthly S&OP process to ensure business performance are aligned with the plan
* Reconcile business plan and demand plan, communicate gaps
* Provide routine forecast validation to avoid supply shortage
* Make distribution plan to replenish team for all RDCs, pre- allocate for all demands
* Develop forecast accuracy analysis report, assist sales to prepare stock agreement for key customers as required.
* Closely work with inventory planner on stock agreement management to ensure minimize inventory surplus or shortage of planning parts.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree or above, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering is preferred;
* About 3~5 years working experience in Supply Chain Planning Function in a multinational company;
* Knowledge and experience of customer, market and Channel management
* Good communication skills with the ability to work with sales, customer and relevant function team
* Good ERP system knowledge and related MRP/DRP system application experience is preferred.
* Familiar with order process, have the experience of Supply Chain operation in manufacturing or sales company is preferred,
* Fluent in oral and written English skills and MS office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) skills.
* Good time management and attention to detail
* Basic financial knowledge is must.
