Position Summary:

Responsible for Sourcing & Procurement of all products for FCG China. Will report to the Division Supply Chain Manger and work with the BUM’s to define the sourcing strategy of each product. Focus will be on driving deflation projects and working on PPI on daily basis. This position requires travel within China.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the Division procurement team.

Optimizes the Division spend (Deflation).

Manage the PPI on daily basis.

Make or buy analysis.

Selection of strategic suppliers / areas to assure long term best cost supply.

Initiation and steering of new supplier development.

Initiation and steering of the Process of Continuous Improvement (PCI) with suppliers.

Apply standardized strategic contracts with suppliers.

Lead and/or participation in Parker procurement councils to aggregate spend (Country, Asia, World Wide).

Assure compliance with Parker policies.

Develop and improve procurement procedure and system for internal control in efficient and effective manner.

Overall suppliers management and performance evaluation.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years experience in procurement management.

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.

Must have advanced computer skills and be able to understand of electronic processing.

Excellent communication skill and problem solving skill.

Excellent written and spoken English.

High ethics compliance.

Must be willing to travel frequently.
