Job Description:
-Planning, coordination and control of the store opening performed by the divisions of company, putting the stores into operation
-Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines
-Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Developing of the concept of the store, defining and agreeing of the volume of work within the project
-Organization of work and control of the construction contractor in the field of volumes, cost, quality and terms of work
-Agree sketches of functional zones and store layout
-Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
-Obtain all necessary permits and licenses
-Direct and supervise workers.
-Identify and address project site risks based on company requirements, regular review
-Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
-Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects, including ventilation, conditioning, electricity, etc
-Reporting, recording and investigating all incidents in accordance with company requirements
-Organize committee for the acceptance-conveyance
- Track all project expenditures and record project documentation
-Transfer all project documentation to archive when the project is finished



Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above
-Major in construction industry or related
-Minimum 10 years’ working in contruction, retail background is preferred
-Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience in project management or store opening
-Fluent English in both written and oral, knowledge of Russian would be a plus
-Proficiency in MS Office application or related software
-Highly motivated, highly efficiency, self-directed with attentiveness and team spirit
-Diligent, independent working ability, responsibility and creativity
-Good negotiation skill and communication skill
-Be able to form and manage a team at remote project sites
