工作地点：黄浦区汉口路400号华盛大厦21楼VKCON公司
汇报对象：人事经理

【工作职责】：
1、 负责前台电话的接听和转接，做好来电咨询工作，重要事项认真记录并传达给相关人员，不遗漏，不延误 ；
2、 负责来访客户的接待、基本咨询和引见，严格执行公司的接待服务规范，保持良好的礼节礼貌；
3、 能应付基本文员所需要完成的工作，收发传真、信件和报刊及文案编写；
4、 协助维护办公环境及绿化管理；
5、 完成领导交办的其它工作。

【任职要求】：
1.20-28岁，160cm以上，性格开朗随和，形象气质佳，声音甜美，有亲和力；
2. 普通话标准，有英语基础（公司有外籍员工）综合素质较高，有发展潜力；
3. 有良好的服务意识，熟练使用电脑、传真机、复印机、打印机等各种办公设备；熟练使用各种办公软件；
4. 具有良好的沟通交往能力，精通各种礼仪常识；
5. 具有一定组织协调能力、思维敏捷，应变能力强；
6. 从事过前台接待工作者优先考虑
