青岛招聘

Responsibilities:

1. Lead supplier improvement (SI) projects independently

2. Lead lean concept application at suppliers' site

3. Lead production process optimization at suppliers' site

4. Support production cost analysis at suppliers' site

5. Support other project leaders in SI projects

Requirements:

1. University degree in Science or Engineering (Bachelor or higher), Industrial

Engineering is preferred

2. Fluent in written and spoken English, be able to use English as working language

3. Strong communication and coordinating abilities

4. Min. 5 years l experience (process development/ quality assurance/lean production) in manufacturing industry; Familiar with production process like stamping, welding, machining ,die casting, etc.

5. At least 1 year experience in project management

6 .Familiar with lean tools (5S, Visualization Management, Line Balance, Quick Change Over, Standardize Operation, TPM, Lay out , KANBAN, Poka Yoke, VSM etc.)
