Responsibilities

1. Supervision and development of facility building areas / equipments and supply systems.

2. Responsible for planning and realization of new projects in building / facility areas.

3. Support troubleshooting / preventive maintenance activities and regular task organization in facility maintenance area

4. Set up important training / working documents

5. Responsible for the 5S activities coordination in the facility maintenance area

6. Coordination of external supplier service

7. Preparation and maintenance of relevant documents such as preventive maintenance plan, audit documents, government documents, CAD drawings

8. Investigation and implementation of alternative energy resources

Requirements

1. Successfully graduated Bachelor degree.

2. Several years experience in building & facility maintenance

3. Rich experience to deal with public authorities and external suppliers

4. Good knowledge in Project Management

5. Good knowledge in Power distribution system and construction

6. Good knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD

7. Structured, strategic and target oriented thinking and acting

8. Initiative, team oriented and communicative personality

9. Good English skills

10. Minimum 5 years working experience
