RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Restore normal services (Include office and workshop user) as quickly as possible and minimize

· Manage and support standardization and harmonization of ERP and MES solutions within the pistons and R&L businesses in Asia Pacific (excluding India)

· Filter and prioritize local and regional business requirements and route them to internal and external IS resources and partners

· Transform business requirements into IT language and design

· Become an expert in Product Line specific processes, systems and business functions

· Provide business systems and process expertise to the local plants

· Be the go-to contact and consult the line business for systems solutions and process optimization

· Deliver new or improved processes and manage related projects and project teams on time / in budget

· Build local and regional Key User networks

· Ensure system and solution knowledge transfer and best practice transfer across regions and Business Unit

· Provide SAP expertise to regional and local SAP users

· Support plant audits

· Coordinate the regional effort when deploying global IT initiatives within the pistons and R&L businesses in Asia Pacific (excluding India)

· Support the pistons and R&L business initiatives in the APAC region where IS tasks are also required (new plant constructions, plant relocations/re-layout, M&A and related integration efforts, etc)

· Coordinate the budgeting planning process between IS and the BU

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

·University degree with a specification in (process) engineering or business information system or information technology

·Minimum 7 years experience in the field of systems solution and systems architecture and business process optimization

·Fluent in Mandarin and English, other language skills is a plus

·Strong SAP know-how, with particular reference to the manufacturing module

·Experienced in MES

·Computer skills in MS Office programs, especially Excel, Power-point

·Know-how in setting up requirements analyses and systems specifications

·Experience to work in a diverse team including excellent communication, presentation and cross-cultural skills

·Strong conceptual skills, motivated and proactive

·Ability to work independently and under time pressure

·Analytical approach to work and ability to develop concepts to solve problems
