- Overall management of the store.
Report to China District Manager.

Job Description:
- Set up yearly sales target and yearly work goals for store;
- Lead team to reach sales target and KPI goals;
- Consistently maintain highest degree of customer service to guaranty customer's loyalty;
- Develop and motivate staff through goal setting, on job training and regular work feedback to help them to reach the next level;
- Ensure high standard of visual merchandising in the store to attract customer;
- Merchandise management in the store;
- Sales process organization and control;
- Interrelations with the government authorities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Min. 5 years’ working experience in Retail industrial, Min. 2 years’ managerial experience in Store Operation, experience in fast fasion Retail is a plus;
- Excellent management skills (experience of managing a team of at least 15 people;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Understanding of the retail business peculiarities;
- Result-focused, client-oriented;
- Good command of computer skills
- Willingness and ability to work in a Team.

五年以上服装零售店铺销售经验，两年以上零售店铺管理工作经验；快时尚领域管理工作经验者优先； 丰富的团队管理经验（至少带领过10-15人的团队）
结果导向，顾客至上
电脑操作熟练
能承受强大压力，希望承担复杂任务，带上整个店铺
性别不限，28岁-35岁，形象良好，普通话标准，男170CM以上，女160CM以上
