职责：

1、根据软件设计需求编写测试计划，测试用例；

2、执行测试，进行测试后期相关文档的编写、分析；

3、辅助建设和改进公司质量管理体系。

要求：

1、计算机相关专业，本科以上学历；

2、2年以上软件测试经验，有 web测试经验者优先；

3、熟悉黑盒测试、白盒测试，有开发经验者优先；

4、熟悉CMM软件工程标准，规范及软件测试原理，熟悉测试跟踪工具（或缺陷跟踪工具）的使用；

5、 熟练操作Oracle 等数据库，精通SQL语言，精通LoadRunner，QTP，QC等测试工具；

6、良好的英语听说读写能力；

7、工作耐心细致，有较强的团队合作精神，良好的沟通能力，能承受较大的工作压力。

Responsibilities:

1. Design testing strategy, design and execute test cases, report and track on the bugs.

2. Participate in project management and work closely with colleges to ensuring software products are of high quality and meet customers' needs.

3. Assist QA manager establish and improve our quality system and quality culture.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

2. A minimum 2 years experience in software testing, web testing experience is a plus;

3. Familiar with black box test, white box test, some knowledge of programming is preferred.

4. Good Knowledge of CMM standard software test process, familiar with bug tracking tools

5. Good knowledge of SQL and testing tools such as LoadRunner，QTP，QC

6. Good written & oral English and Mandarin.

7．Highly dedicated good team player, patient and great attention to details, good at interpersonally skills.
