职位描述
Functional Organization: Supply Chain
Location: Feng Xian District, Shanghai
Report to: China Customer Service Manager
Job Summary / Mission:
To be responsible for platform domestic customer service operation, managing and controlling for transportation and thirteen 3PL warehouses inventory accuracy in order to reach group supply chain target and satisfactory logistics service for MI customers.
Key Responsibilities:
The domestic Customer Service Supervisor should take responsibility for following major tasks and projects for customer service department.
- China Domestic order processing
- Organize domestic China Transportation and Distribution net work, control freight cost and
optimize domestic transportation route based on cost simulation and SLA
- 13 third party DG warehouse and distribution centers logistic management: Coordinate with 3PL,
BO and CRM to ensure smooth operation, secure inventory level, organize stock taking as well
as slow moving inventory clean up
- Support for supply chain projects relating to customer service function
- Job assignment and skill training to domestic customer service specialist
- Handle logistic claims
- Proposes any identified improvement in the activity scope
- Other duties as assigned or directed.
Job Requirements:
Associates degree or 1-3 years of equivalent work experience
· Knowledge of order processing in ERP system and logistic transportation arrangement
· Fluent in writing and speaking English
· Strong MS office / SAP knowledge
· Good communication skills that include phone etiquette
· Good team working spirit
· Hazards handling and shipping (IMDG), 3PL WHSE and inventory management is preferred.
