Job description

• Provide guidance to the leadership team in the deployment of lean concepts / continuous improvement methodologies.
• Interact with production, process engineering & supply chain functions to review the current practice & identify operational improvement opportunities and the resources necessary to accomplish planned improvements, like improvement of product development cycle, manufacturing processes, sourcing initiatives and supply chain optimization.
• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects in support of company operational goals and objectives.
• Coach and mentor multiple improvement teams to affect rapid change.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in industrial engineering or similar disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience of manufacturing process management, including at least 3 years’ exposure to lean manufacturing concept.
• Experience in leading Lean that produced quantifiable savings.
• Certifications in Six Sigma / Quality / Engineering / Lean Manufacturing are preferred.
• Competency in the application of lean methodology.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Employ leadership and project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time and meet the objectives.
• Function as a change agent. Continuously challenge the way things are done. Promote creativity and out of the box thinking.
• Share and standardize best practices and processes.
