职位描述：

1、负责制订并实施中心销售工作计划；
2、负责制定、实施员工绩效考核，并参与修订绩效考核方案；
3、负责组织召开部门各种会议（例会、总结会等）；
4、处理与本部门有关的客户投诉；
5、指导并帮助员工提升销售技能，提升销售业绩；
6、负责持续提升中心的客户满意度；
7、定期或不定期的组织员工培训、业务交流等；
8、负责部门团队建设（包括团队凝聚力及团队协助方面）；
9、处理其他日常性事务。

      Gymangel International Early Education aims to promote the balanced development of physique, intelligence, and social emotions of children aged 0–6 years old. The classes has been co-developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese National Institute for Education Research, Peking University, and the International Toy Library Association.
