Job Summary

Responsible for directing the activities in designated areas to deliver sales business results per set business plan & strategies. Ensures appropriate control of business operation. Establishes and maintains business network including importer/distributors in area, key account end-users and other relevant parties.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in establishing sales targets and budgets in designated area
- Responsible for sales forecast and planning for designated area
- Know and understand all Product Groups within full line brochure. Know the features and benefits of products within their respective groups and how they differ from competitive products
- Know your key customers and all relevant contacts. You must know and call on your key customers to understand the market needs and control your respective market
- Know your competition: Who their distributors are, their product breadth, their labels, the accounts they serve, what products at what price
- Communicate and review with the internal and distributor sales force on sales strategies, top line sales target achievement, sales plan and forecast
- Optimize product offering and assortments in region to assure product leadership and bottom line target achievement
- Collect and report to Management overall market information including competitor activities, end-users data and information, product and price, distribution and market size, etc.
- Establish, maintain and strengthen sales distribution network in marketplace
- Provide necessary trainings to relevant distributors, wholesalers and end-users
- Provide guidance, coordination and supports to distributors/wholesalers on customer services, new account development, new product item / 2nd fry launch
- Work with relevant business partner/agency make sure to get sufficient resources on market development
- Initiate, propose and conduct execution of sales support / promotion plan in the markets.

Experience& Qualification Requirements

- Bachelor degree and above with major in sales, marketing or food science related
- 3-5 years of food related sales experience, with at least 1 years in area sales management position, frozen foods sales experience is a plus
- Superior knowledge of market, customers, pricing and channels
- Good knowledge of product evaluation basics: color, texture, length, defects and solids
- Proficient in SDS, Word, Excel, utilizing pricing optimization and other sales tools
- Intermediate or above spoken and written English is preferable
