岗位职责：
1．凭物流主管处的出库明细打印出货快递单，标明每个客户的出库明细。
2．与客户电话核对收货信息；对于未成功通话的客户进行手机短信，旺旺留言通知。
3．对包装好出库的快递包裹称重，标记在快递单上；
4．收到快递底单，点击发货，剪切订单。

任职资格：
1、熟练电脑基本操作，打字速度快，熟悉淘宝操作，沟通能力强；
2、喜欢和客户沟通，有良好的承受客户抱怨等委屈的抗压力；
3、有着良好的团队合作意识；
4、对电子商务（目前主要为淘宝）有极大兴趣，并以此作为个人职业发展方向；
