Key Responsibilities:
Programming of CNC machines
Assist setting up CNC machines
Operating CNC machines (Super user)
Assist installation of CNC machines
Training of CNC operators
Ensure that operators are able to do 1st line maintenance
Ensure that maintenance operators are able to do 2nd line maintenance
Ensure that professional assistance is available for 3rd line maintenance
Be able to do trouble shooting
Ensure that correct tools and process data are used for manual machines
Perform WSM/Lean projects to optimize flow lead time and minimise other type of waste


Qualifications & experience:
Basic English skills
Good computer skills
5+ years working in similar position or with electrical trouble shooting
