职责：
1)向价值流经理汇报工作，并负责监管日常生产和确保生产正常进行。
2)组织、领导、控制等，带领下属达到准时交货
3)确保有生产现场无安全隐患。
4)监督下属做好5S，确保有效实施和执行
5)严格控制和降低废品率的发生频率。
6)与员工沟通，了解员工思想动态及时解决问题。
7)较强的工作责任感和团队合作精神

SCOPE AND IMPACT OF POSITION ON THE ORGANIZATION:

Gemba related management to support QCD

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Implement the production plan to coordinate the resources to fulfill the customer demand.

· Make sure and monitor standard work—5S/safety/operation/quality/material handling/TPM to run well and smoothly.

· Take lead the morning meeting to review last day’s performance and follow up the problem’ status.

· Improve the production capacity and labor efficiency.

· Implement the lean manufacture in production lines.

· Make team training plan and development plan and manage team well.

· Initiative problem solving related with production management.

EXPERIENCE:

· 3+ Yrs experience in operations and engineering at multinational corporation

PROFILE:

· Engineering Graduate (ME,EE)

· College Graduate

· Good English & fluent Chinese

Preferable

· SAP

· Six Sigma belt certification, lean exposure

· Machining work experience
