Chief Mining Engineer
Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and results-driven mining engineer to join our ever-expanding gold mining operations. Reporting to the GM, the successful applicant will be responsible for preparation of exploration plan, exploration arrangement and mining operations. It’s a residential role which will be based at the mine site in Heibei (8 hrs from and Qingdao) and Shandong Rongcheng. (2 hrs from and Qingdao) Accommodation and relocation assistance will be provided for the right candidate.

As the Chief Mining Engineer, you will be responsible for
● Develop the Mid-Long Term Production Plans
● Optimize Mine Operations/Development Plans
● Assist with Quarterly/Annual Budgeting & Forecasts
● Active participation in the Company Safety & Quality Management System
● Demonstrating a positive commitment to the Company safety policy and quality objectives
● Create the Engineering Procedures Manual (EPM) and Operate the Company's Maintenance Facilities in accordance with the approved manual
● Active participation in the SQMS including identification and reporting of safety issues; training and monitoring staff and involvement in meetings
● Contribution and involvement in risk assessments
● Promoting a positive safety culture within the Company
● Support/Manage a Technical Services Team
● Efficiently run field campaigns when required
Key requirements in this position will include:
● Mining Engineering Degree or relevant experience
● Strong experience in Underground Mine Planning, risk management, governance, compliance and complex reporting
● High level of experience with mining software packages
● Advanced communication, interpersonal, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
● Some exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

首席采矿工程师的工作职责
● 制定中长期生产计划；
● 优化矿山运营/开发计划；
● 协助季度/年度预算及预测；
● 积极参与公司的安全与质量管理体系；
● 积极参与并承担公司的安全方针和质量目标；
● 制定工程程序手册（EPM）并按照此手册进行设施维护；
● 积极参与安全质量管理体系（SQMS），包括安全问题的识别和报告；培训和监督工作人员以及参与会议；
● 参与风险评估，并出谋划策；
● 在本公司内推动积极的安全文化；
● 支持/管理技术服务团队；
● 需要时，高效运行现场活动。
资质要求

● 具有采矿工程学位及相关工作经验；
● 在地下采矿规划，风险管理，治理，合规报告方面有丰富的经验；
● 熟练使用采矿相关软件；
● 出色的沟通，人际交往和管理技能；
● 熟悉ERP系统，如SAP，Oracle，JDE；
● 优秀的口头和书面沟通技巧；
● 能保证工作场所的健康和安全。
