Cost Accountant- Mining
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced cost accountant to join the Hebei Gold Mining Team, located 2 hours away from Baoding City. Reporting to the finance manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for manufacturing cost accounting and cost analysis using ERP. This role will be based 50% at Qingdao HQ and 50% at the mine site. Initial training at the Qingdao headquarters will be provided. Accommodation and relocation assistance will be provided for the right candidate.

Your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
1. To finish monthly costing closing accurately and timely as well as optimize procedure to improve cost calculation and costing analysis system efficiency and accuracy;
2. To prepare cost calculation report, and other costing reporting in finance package monthly; to prepare rolling forecast, annual budget related costing aspect;
3. Inventory reconciliation and analysis, liaise with both internal and external auditors on cost related issues and monitor physical inventory count;
4. To participate in establishing and improving cost related accounting and internal control procedure;
5. Assist with the formulation of cost methodology and standard cost setting;
6. Assist with production of the annual budget and quarterly budget reviews;
7. Ad-hoc support to finance team as required.

Ideally you will have:
1. Bachelor Degree major in finance or accounting, with 3-5 years of mining or manufacturing enterprise working experience in controlling or cost accounting;
2. Good at analysis, organized, proactive and responsible, good skills in reports preparation and familiar with ERP systems;
3. Ability to critically review data;
4. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
5. Self-motivated, with earnest desire to learn and grow, and can work independently under high pressure;
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills;
7. Good English skills.

工作职责

1. 及时准确地完成月底成本结账，同时执行和改进成本核算方法，完善成本分析系统，提高工作效率和准确度；
2. 按月编制成本核算报表和财务报表中的其他成本报表，参与滚动预算以及年度预算中成本相关的部分；
3. 编制库存报表并进行相关成本分析，配合内外部审计人员进行成本相关的审计活动，监督存货实地盘点；
4. 参与建立健全成本相关的会计制度和内部控制制度；
5. 协助成本方法制定和标准成本的制定；
6. 协助生产过程中的年度预算和季度预算审查；
7. 完成领导分配的其它任务，来支持财务团队。

职位要求：
1. 财务或会计专业本科学历，3-5年生产型企业或采矿行业成本控制和核算工作经验；
2. 善于分析、有条理、工作积极负责，报表制作技巧纯熟，熟悉ERP系统；
3. 具有极强的审查数字的能力；
4. 熟练使用Word, Excel 及PowerPoint等办公软件；
5. 有上进心，善于学习，能在较强的压力条件下独立工作；
6. 出色的与人交流能力；
7. 英语水平优秀。
