1 - Responsible for Production Process Quality Control, make sure the process keeping in stable capability: built the control bill for each component to be controlled (object to be controlled, tool to be used and process).

2 - Responsible for Product identification and traceability- Control the conformity of the pieces in entrance, during production and before delivery.

3 – Open the non conformity bill, analyze of the non conformities: coordinate with production engineer to find the root cause and solutions for those non-conformities found during process. Establish corrective and preventive actions with related responsible person and ensure effective implementation.

4 - Establish the cost of the non-conformity and take in charge the management of the non-conformities data base. Submit quality reports including process failure and follow-up actions status.

5 – Manage the procedure and instruction for the production. Responsible for the quality document and the records management to ensure that all documents and records are kept well, integrally and clearly and convenient for access and searches.

6 – Take in charge the control of the validity for the qualification of tool or people (certification, qualification) and the conformity of measurement quality tools.

7 - In relation with the head quarter (France based), install and set up and take in charge the continuity of the ISO 9001 quality management.

8 - Take in charge the supplier quality control and performance: material, operation (machining, surface treatment, test, calibration).

9 -Take in charge the process for safety and environment: analyze of standard, solution

10 – Make the staff sensitive to the quality, safety and environment: provide coaching and training to workers if needed.

11 – Be in relationship with customer for complaints management.

12 - Be responsible for product certificate or manufacturing license

Profile / Qualification

Men or women, 25 to 28 years old

Background or education in quality field

1.Above College, education background in Engineering, Electrical preferred. At least 3 years Field Quality Control/Quality Assurance experience

2.Able to read and understand a mechanical drawing

3.Able to use the control instrument such as caliper, height caliper, roughness machine

4.Able to quickly grasp technical product quality issues, failure analysis reports, test reports.

5.Knowledge and experience of ISO 9000 and ISO14000 system

6.Able to use quality analyze tools : Gantt, Pareto, Ishikawa, FMEA, gage repeatability, cause-effect, PDCA, 5S, 8D…..

7.Well-organized, self-motivated, details-oriented

8.Good command in English, French is a plus
