这个职位将从事基于J2EE的大型富客户端应用的设计和开发。要求候选者有较强的J2EE和RIA开发经验，以及优秀的沟通能力，从而为产品和开发组提供良好的支持和解决方案。

高级Java开发工程师
工作内容：大型零售业商业智能应用设计开发
能力要求：三年以上大型Java企业级应用开发
熟练运用各类Java EE技术如JSP,struts,spring,hibernate等等
熟悉各种前端技术如Javascipt, DOM, DHTML, Extjs, AJAX, GWT等等
熟练掌握数据库技术如DB2，Oracle

This position will focus on an industry leading produc's Web Application User Interface framework development. This individual will maintain and enhance a robust and scalable UI platform using experience with Java, J2EE, Struts, Tiles/Taglibs, JavaScript, DOM, CSS, HTML, DHTML, XML, and AJAX.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with engineers in the UI Platform team (from both China and US) to design and develop new features to support general application development
Work closely with Product Management and UI Designers to develop resusable custom components and provide feasibility consulting
Maintain and extend the existing UI framework and facilitate usage of the UI Platform by application engineers through automation of development procedures and creation of UI Platform tools

Required Skill Sets:
3 years of User Interface experience designing and developing web based UI components/framework and or applications
Minimum of one year experience with Java
Two to three years experience with DHTML (JavaScript, DOM, CSS, HTML, AJAX)
One year experience with Struts, Tiles, Tag, Flex
One year experience with JUnit, JSUnit

Desired Skill Sets:
Previous experience developing UI Framework for a web based product
2 years prior C++ experience is a plus
Strong development skills creating custom rich client DHTML controls
Solid knowledge of AJAX based development and toolkits
Experience writing unit and functional level tests for code at all layers of development
Must posess excellent communication skills, capable of managing communication between different groups to resolve requirements
Experience in building UI for enterprise products using Fl
