岗位职责：

1、Do purchasing according to the company rules and procedures (contact suppliers, negotiate prices, make contracts, follow-up purchases and logistics).按照公司规则和程序进行采购（联系供应商，议价，做合同，跟踪采购及发货情况）
2、Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to fulfil their requests and communicate about deliveries of spare parts. Go on site if needed. 协助维修部及生产部门，满足他们的采购需求并告知备件的发货情况。如需要，需去现场
3、Coordinate with warehouse team for the receptions and returning of spare parts. 配合仓库，对备件进行接收及退货
4、Be proactive to ensure better quality of spare parts and service, reduce the delivery times and reduce the maintenance cost. 极力确保备件的质量及售后服务，减少发货时间和维修成本
5、Supervise external companies’ jobs on site, ensuring their safety. 对外部公司的现场工作进行监督，确保他们的安全
6、Be able to answer the phone and react quickly for emergency purchasing. 对于紧急采购，需要随时接听电话并迅速做出反应。
7、Other duties assigned by the managers. 经理安排的其他任务

岗位要求：

1、Bachelor degree either in technical or purchasing specialty本科学历，工业技术或采购专业
2、3 years experience as technical buyer in industry (preferably in food industry)3年工业技术采购背景经验（最好是食品行业）
3、Good communication by phone, emails and face to face. 良好的沟通能力，包括电话沟通、邮件沟通和面对面的沟通等
4、Price negotiation knowledge谈判价格的能力
5、Local and international technical spare parts/suppliers market knowledge熟悉国内外备件/供应商.
6、Computer skills (Pack office, internet, CMMS…).计算机应用能力，包括办公室软件、网络技术，CMMS等

7、Ability to work under pressure较强的抗压能力

8、Technical knowledge (preferably in food industry) 具备食品行业相关的技术背景优先考虑

9、Experience as maintenance technician is better有维修技术员的工作经验优先考虑
