Assembly order preparation
组装订单准备:
Check the order for completeness and correctness, clarify as needed.
确认订单交期和可执行性,发现问题立即提出.
Gather materials / parts based on a bill of materials, check parts and material availability and call up material.
根据物料清单确认物料是否齐全,确保物料准备到位.
Obtain tools, gauges etc.
确认工装,夹具,检具状态并确保与订单一致.
Determine work procedure.
确认工艺流程是否与定单相符.


Assembly work performing
组装工作:
Follow safety production rules and company regulations
遵守公司安全生产规定和纪律要求.
Assembly electrical, mechanical, and/or electronic parts according to diagrams.
依据图纸和工艺要求组装电气和机械等零部件.
Conduct intermediate tests, dimension test, part No. checking.
进行工序要求的尺寸,外观,产品型号等的自主检查.
Document and relay assembly arrangements.
做好交接班记录并正确交接.
Perform upkeep and maintenance work.
及时按照作业指导书进行设备维护保养.


Functioning testing performing
质量检查:
Select measurement and test equipment for the intermediate and final testing.
正确使用检测和测量仪器进行中检和终检.
Perform error elimination and rework.
对不良等缺陷进行整改和返修.
Perform quality assurance on the basis of quality inspection instructions.
严格执行质量标准确保产品质量.
take record and make analysis of the defects and report production problems to team leader timely.
如实记录质量数据并及时分析缺陷原因,有问题及时报告.
No accept, make , deliver the defect parts.
不接收,不制造,不传递不良品.
