Responsibilities:

• Make and modify programs for CNC machines, especially for horizontal machining center.
• Design process route for transferred products.
• Make and modify process cards for parts machining.
• Design fixtures for parts machining.
• Optimize process to get high productivity and low cost.
• Cut down the change over time to improve productivity.
• Ensure quality of machined parts.
• Find out the waste of available machining time, and to minimize it.
• Solve process issues at site in correct way by self.
• Communicate with person who is related in work to finish working task, include contact with foreign engineers via call and email.

Experience and skills:

• 5 years of Experience in CNC programing, familiar with ferrum and aluminum machining is preferred.
• Knowledge of sophisticated automating machining processes and measurement – CNC Machining – CMM Measurement.
• Experience in Makino & Mori Seiki machining, similar with Fanuc Control is preferred.
• Experience in fixtures design.
• Familiar with CNC cutting tools.
• College gradated, CET-4 is must.
• Be good at English, include read, written, listening and spoken.
• Skill in in Auto CAD, MS office.
• Can understand product drawings and technical documentations of English easily.
• Experience in Lean activities, and familiar with Kaizen tools.
• Can effectively solve mostly of process issues happen in workshop.
