Purpose of the Job

Responsible for organization-wide training and development functions to ensure that all employees perform high professional standards and consult the management to help the business achieve its strategic objectives

Responsibility

? Draw up company-wide Training & Development strategies and plans.

? Set up training system of new business organization on it’s needs.

? Identify training needs to develop new training programs through job analysis, surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups and consultation with managers and instructors.

? Develop training materials, learning interventions, operation manuals and guides.

? Organize and conduct training programs for improving common competencies of employees and leadership development programs.

? Ensure global training policy and practices are implemented in line with global standard.

? Develop and monitor the company's training budget to ensure that the best quality of training and development is provided within the established budget.

? Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions for each training program.

? Coach department managers and in-house trainers to solve specific training problems, either on a one to one basis or in groups

? Work with training providers and educational institutions to develop suitable training program

? Coordinate Graduate Program in Korea to grow a pool of future senior managers

Job Requirement

? Bachelor degree with education/adult learning or other relevant majors

? At least 8 years of experience in training and development

? communications skill

? the ability to relate to variety of positions, especially in-house instructors

? the ability to encourage, motivate, persuade people

? Presentation skill

? Organizational skill

? Logical thinking

? Quick understanding of the business and be able to offer HRD solutions

? Strategic planning skill

· Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese
