岗位职责
1、负责参与招商合同的谈判和签订，负责招商项目的协调、推进与落实；
2、据公司营销战略，制定招商计划，并进行目标分解，完成招商任务；
3、撰写项目调查报告和信息综述。
岗位要求：
1、大学专科及以上学历。
2、具有丰富的招商渠道和营销网络资源，具备三年以上招商管理经验；
3、具有良好的语言及文字表达能力，思维严密，协调能力强；
4、具备敏锐的市场观察、分析判断能力及良好的沟通和商务谈判技巧；
5、具有较好的组织协调能力及较丰富的客户关系处理经验；
