岗位职责：
职责总述：负责教育项目整体运作，负责全过程营运管理。
1、 制定和实施年度公司（总部、单店）运营计划和预算；
2、 总部及单店运营目标制定、分解、落实；
3、 组织、制定、优化、完善运营管理体系；
4、 充实和完善现有运营团队；
5、 制定标准化运营体系单店；
6、搭建运营体系并实施运营体系及单店绩效考核;
7、对服务质量进行跟踪，对服务效果进行评估与汇总，提出改进目标及实现方法，提出决策建议；
8、定期出具运营报告，对运营进行持续改善，控制运营成本，不断提升业绩；
任职要求：
1、 大学本科或以上学历，10年工作经验，5年以上团队管理经验；
2、 有过单店运营管理（校长、店长）从业经验；
3、 具备单店运营体系搭建经验；
4、 在总部担任运营副总的工作经验；
5、 具备数据分析、服务体系考核及提升服务质量的能力；
6、熟悉服务行业运营工作基本流程，有服务运营经验优先；
7、品行端正，有良好的人际沟通、组织协调能力，较强的执行能力，团队凝聚力。

      Gymangel International Early Education aims to promote the balanced development of physique, intelligence, and social emotions of children aged 0–6 years old. The classes has been co-developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese National Institute for Education Research, Peking University, and the International Toy Library Association.
Based on traking assessment of the development of 50,000 Chinese children, and in conjunction with the cooperation of over 100 experts from China and overseas, we believe that intellectual, physical and social emotional growths are all equally important and should be developed with balance.
