Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
1.Answer those questions from customers and provide consultant services and suitable products to customers after a comprehensive understanding of their demands.
2.Set-up and review merchandising presentations in responsible zone, and finish replenishment timely.
3.Examining, receiving, reserving, supplying timely and display goods in responsible zone.
4.Label goods price as stipulated in company.
5.Check grooming of store staff, duty roster and attendance.
6.Communicate with owner about the activities in the shopping mall.
7.Store environment controlling, make sure customer will be well treated by store staff.
People Management:
1.Responsible for the Floor Management. Take charge of the daily work of Customer Service Manager, including maintaining the store management quality, enhancing the customer shopping experience, completing and following-up sales targets, daily schedules, open/close checklist, staff feedback forms, staff service feedback form, “8” shaped store inspection checklist, daily duty worksheet, on-site store management.
2.Support SM&ASM to achieve different store KPIs.
3.Act as a role model to be a good sample for the rest of the team.
4.Support Store managers to secure cleaning, safety management.
5.Assist Store Managers to communicate with proprietors.
6.Solve all types of emergencies in a timely manner, and ensure the regular operation of stores.
7.Complete management tasks assigned by SM&ASM.

2.Work hard and have a high sense of responsibility.
3.Detail-oriented and pay attention to customer service..
4.Have management potentials and team spirits.
5..Finish tasks logically as planned.
