l Produce daily cash report

l Checking expense payment voucher and booking voucher into accounting system

l Update Sales &Purchases exposure report

l Update Sales &Purchases invoice report according with the VAT issue system

l Produce reconciliation report for bank statement and AP/AR account

l Transfer the sales and cost into accounting system and produce income report

l Produce & send monthly statistics to stastical bureau

l Check cash balance with cashier at the end of month

l Work as cashier backup, bank payment when cashier is absence.

Bachelor degree with accounting major Commercial background, English and Local language excellent oral and written, MS Office, good organiser
