职位描述
Position: Sourcing Manager
Location：ShangHai -上海张江高科
Responsibility：
1. Interact with Client users in proactive opportunity assessment and on-going tail spend and supplier segmentation
2. Bring local supply market knowledge for best leverage and commercial terms
3. Provide a bridge and two way knowledge transfer between our sourcing COE and Client users / consolidators and our sourcing operations center
4. Supplier coordination and conflict resolution during the sourcing and post sourcing contracting issues
5. Tracking award decisions, results and savings reporting
6. Help guide sourcing operations support team in development of relevant category knowledge and supplier database
Requirements：
1. Experience – 8 to 10 years
2. Sourcing realm – Indirect sourcing with expertise across categories
3. Fluent in English
4. Good communication skills
