岗位职责

1．协助采购物流经理根据生产计划和原材料库存情况编制物料需求计划，合理控制原材料的库存水平，确保生产物料的及时供应；
2．按公司制定的物料需求计划向即定的供应商下达采购订单，并跟踪监控供应商发货及到货情况；
3．与供应商协调处理物料到货差异情况及其它异常情况并及时给仓库人员相关处理意见
4．对于进口物料，配合货代公司处理报关清关手续，跟进到港物料到货进度，保证生产计划需求；
5．与物料有关的统计报表；
6．其它日常与供应商及货代的协调通知。

英语会话流利，可熟练进行英语写作
熟练应用办公软件和操作办公设备
