职责概述：

1、水暖配套工程的前期报建；

2、编制水暖工程方案及施工图设计任务书并对设计单位提供的图纸进行审核；

3、水暖施工现场管理、验收备案。

岗位具体职责和工作内容描述：

1、协调各水暖顾问/设计单位及承建单位的工作；

2、核实水暖详细施工计划及各施工指示细节；

3、检查水暖施工工艺和材料，协助上级发出补救指令；

4、核对水暖设备在定位、安装和规格等各方面符合设计和合同要求；

5、弄清所有水暖工作细节，协助上级与北京总公司的工程部作准确报告联系；

6、督促及协助保存所有水暖安装和试验记录，并定期整理工程资料按时向上级报告；

7、检查已完成的安装工程是否符合要求，通过试验；

8、与其他监理和工程统筹人员紧密合作，互相配合，全面掌握工程进展情况；

9、经常不断巡视地盘水暖工程，作详细记录及报告；

10、完成上级指派的其它工作任务。

岗位要求：

1、27岁或以上，男女均可；

2、大学本科或以上学历，主修给排水、暖通相关专业；

3、5年或以上工作经验，3年或以上大型公建、中高层住宅项目相关专业工程管理经验，如具甲方工作经验尤佳；

4、稳重、原则性强、高度责任感及良好的沟通协调能力；

5、电脑操作熟练，熟练使用办公软件及工程CAD制图软件；

6、熟悉国家、行业规范、强制性标准条文及法律、法规文件。
