主要职责：
协助经理处理所有工程图纸工作，如：
？ 复核建筑图纸，使其满足国家及地方法规之要求；
？ 复核建筑图与结构图有无矛盾及错、漏、碰、缺之处；
？ 复核建筑图、结构图、机电图、留洞图等相关图纸有无矛盾之处；
？ 复核精装修图纸（包括橱柜图等）和土建图/机电图有无矛盾之处；
？ 抽查现场是否按图施工；
？ 复核设计变更与其他图纸有否矛盾；
？ 提出合理化建议，改良设计方案；
？ 协调集团工程部/设计部、设计顾问/设计院、监理公司及施工单位之间的图纸修改工作。
？ 负责校核施工单位/设计院提供的竣工图，并协助成本控制部门搞好工程决算。
？ 完成上级交办的其他工作。

职位要求：
? 年 龄：28岁以上
? 性 别：男/女不限
? 教育程度：本科或以上、中级以上专业职称
? 主修科目：建筑学、工业与民用建筑及其相关专业
? 工作年资：五年以上建筑及相关专业设计及施工管理经验
? 工作经验：三年以上大型房地产企业类似工作经历
? 专业技能：熟悉国内建筑、结构、材料、验收及设计规范和先进之建筑方法及模式；熟知政府部门的有关审批程序及流程；具有灵活处理设计及施工问题的专业能力且具有注册建筑师、结构工程师资格者优先 。
? 个人性格：个性诚实稳重、细致，原则性强，责任心强，条理性好
