工作职责：

1、 依据工程项目计划与要求，审核电气设计图纸，组织电气工程的施工，检查施工质量，对电气施工进行分阶段验 收直至最后竣工验收，确保实现公司经营目标计划；
2、 依据项目规划和建筑结构设计方案，仔细审核电气线路安装设计图纸，确保设计的安全性、经济型、适用性；
3、负责协助及时解决施工现场有关的技术问题；
4、配合质量控制管理，对施工单位质量按要求实施检查；
5、负责技术、施工等资料的归档、交接。


任职资格：

1、45岁以下，电气、自动化等相关专业大专及以上学历；
2、3年以上房地产企业工作经验，有大型房地产企业及大型综合体工作经历；
3、熟悉工程现场管理知识，有效进行质量、安全、进度、环境管理与控制；较强的专业技术与工程现场问题处理能力；
4、熟练掌握CAD、OFFICE等办公软件，较强的沟通、协调能力。
