Our motivated and energetic hotel is looking for a Director of Sales(MICE) to join our team.
You will oversees and directs all aspects of the MICE Sales, plans and develop strategies and sales and marketing plans; reporting on effectiveness of the plan management of the sales and marketing team. Support Director of Sales and Marketing by coordinating and providing guidance to the hotel sales and marketing teams within the assigned area with an aim to drive hotel performance by maximizing and leveraging on our scale and resources.

Ideally, you will demonstrated engagement and the ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Ability to understand diverse S&M functions. Strong adaptability in an environment of ambiguity or change. Strong ability of problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
