职位描述
工作内容（职责）:
1.安全生产、确保品质；
2.能独立运用并熟练操作本岗位的所需的必备条件：材料、图纸、量具等；
3.工作认真仔细，不开小差，要根据要求进行过程检验；
4.交接班时要说明：生产型号、数量、质量状态及设备5S等情况，并签字确认完成交接工作；
5.严格按照生产计划数量生产，并按要求作好各项操作记录；
6.加工的第一组要进行自主确认，然后质检员确认首件，方可以批量生产；
7.发现安全、质量及生产的非正常现象及时报告当班主管；
8.对当班的设备、量具按照要求进行保养；
9.每天班前、班后对工作区实施5S活动；
10.听从车间主管的工作安排，遵守公司的各项规章制度。
11.有设备换型/调试等经验优先.
12.适用三班倒工作.
